Get Ready for a Splash, R&D Poland Team!

Our epic Offsite Meeting is just a few days away! We just can’t wait to see you all at the Warszawianka Hotel in Serock (on the shore of Zalew Zegrzyński) on the 26th and 27th of June 2023.

The time has come to reveal one of our biggest surprises! During second day fill with fun we have prepared Jet Skis Ride for you!

Yes! Water, sun, speed, excitement. In order to make this activity as fun and well-prepared as possible, registration is required.

Here are some basic rules for the Jet Skis:

• Registrations for jet skis are done online only. Deadline 24th of June, 2024.
• Remember to keep track of the time slot you signed up for and come to place of activity 10 minutes before your time.
• Anyone who does not arrive at their scheduled time slot will not be able to go jet skiing later.
• Before the ride, each participant undergoes basic training.
• Before the ride, each participant signs a waiver for participating in a high-risk sport.
• Before the ride, each participant undergoes a breathalyzer test.
• And remember, The activity is intended for sober individuals.

• Part of the fun will take place in the water. Bring a swimsuit or other comfortable clothes that you can get wet. And remember to take a towel
• GET READY FOR AN ACTIVE DAY! Wear comfortable sports shoes and clothes. Even if you don't plan to participate in water activities, there will be plenty of other sports activities.

We have closed the registration process and have planned your trip from Warsaw to Serock. For those who have declared their intention to use the bus, Coaches will depart from the parking lot in front of Kinoteka at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw at the designated times (a map with the parking location will be sent in the next mailing).

We recommend arriving early, as there are no reservations for specific trips and no assigned seating. Once a bus is full, it will depart, and the next group will wait for the following bus.

On-site, there will be a coordinator who will remain there until 13:00. If someone experiences a delayed train or encounters unexpected problems during the trip, the coordinator can take up to 3 people with her in a car in emergency situations. (Contact details for the coordinator will be provided in the next email.)
