Our epic Offsite Meeting is just moments away!
We can’t wait to see you all at the Warszawianka Hotel in Serock
(on the shore of Zalew Zegrzyński) on the 26th and 27th of June 2024.

This will be a truly epic event. Every meeting proves that the Software R&D Center thrives on incredible energy, teamwork, and passion! We will definitely make a splash!

Please review these practical information tips to ensure your arrival and stay go smoothly and you make the most of our Offsite Meeting:

  1. GET READY FOR AN ACTIVE SECOND DAY! Wear comfortable sports shoes and clothes.
  2. Part of the fun will take place in the water. Bring a swimsuit or other comfortable clothes that you can get wet. And remember to take a towel 😊
  3. The hotel pool will be available for your use, accessible to guests from 10 AM to 9 PM.
  4. For those who have declared their intention to use the bus, coaches will depart from the parking lot in front of Kinoteka at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw at the designated times.

  2. We recommend arriving early, as there are no reservations for specific trips
    and no assigned seating. Once a bus is full, it will depart, and the next group will wait
    for the following bus.

  3. On-site, there will be a coordinator (EWA +48 507 052 808) who will remain there until 13:00. If someone experiences a delayed train or encounters unexpected problems during the trip, the coordinator can take up to 3 people with her in a car in emergency situations.
